LOG IN CRM USER ROLE

User should be assigned the role of "System Administrator" to generate the document

WRONG EXTERNAL LINKS IN THE DOCUMENT

Sometimes links are constructed incorrectly, you need to press "ALT+F9" then "CTRL+H" and replace the host name to contain or not the organization name then "ALT+F9"

INTERNET CONNECTION

License requires internet connection to give you the right access to the tool
